Quinton Jackson, Frank Mir top UFC 130 salaries


Quinton ?Rampage? Jackson and Frank Mir not only walked away from UFC 130 with their hands raised in victory but also as the top-paid athletes competing on the card. Both men earned $250,000 for their respective wins, though their membership in the six-figure club was anything but exclusive with three other fighters cracking the mark in large part due to event-specific bonuses.

Brian Stann and opponent Jorge Santiago both earned a princely sum with Stann making $116,000 and the returning Santiago netting $106,000. Both fighters? salaries were assisted by an additional $70,000 after their match-up was named the event?s ?Fight of the Night?.

Similarly, Gleison Tibau made $120,000 for his submission of BJJ blackbelt Rafaello Oliveira ? the only tap-out of the night.
