Dana White recently announced a flyweight division coming to the UFC and there are many fighters that could benefit from the 125 lb. weight limit.
"We're going to add the 125-pound division very soon," White announced Thursday. "We have to get out there and create the division—bring guys in, sign them, put on fights, decide who the best is and have a title fight."
Some of the top flyweights that would end up fighting in the UFC include Yasuhiro Urushitani (18-4-6), Mamoru Yamaguchi (25-5-3), Ian McCall (9-2), Jussier da Silva (9-1) and Yuki Shojo (11-5-2).
There are plenty of current bantamweight fighters that would like to see a lighter weight class added and these are five fighters who could benefit from it.
